The Marvel Movie Multiverse has become quite large, expanding beyond its borders MCU. Connecting with both Sony’s Spider-Man and Fox’s X-Men franchises, it can be difficult to keep track of everything as the interconnection continues to expand to an unprecedented level, becoming more layered on-screen. However, a new fan-created infographic lays it all out nicely, showing the underlying reality and timeline of the entire Marvel continuum with a simple visual.
Posted on Reddit and created by u/Breakingerr, this new Marvel Multiverse infographic shows which movies feed into other movies through multiverse connections, while mentioning characters from other realities such as cameos and/or appearances from their variants, and Even the most prevalent theory is based on connections. Additionally, the entire series ends with 2027 Avengers: Secret Wars, the supposed major crossover event that will tie together all the multiverse plots in epic fashion. The question of whether the Marvel Movie Multiverse is too big is a perfect example of two things being true at the same time. It’s certainly big enough that more mainstream audiences won’t understand how every single thing is connected throughout the vast tapestry that’s formed. However, there is no expectation or requirement that it all be understood.
As seen by this new infographic, there are essentially pockets of projects that reference each other. A project like Sony is not going to hurt anyone’s experience without knowing how Kraven the Hunter Associated with Marvel Studios Deadpool 3 Through the multiverse. Even when Avengers: Secret Wars As it happens, the simple realization that multiple realities and timelines are converging would be enough to explain the high probability of characters from other franchises and their own dimensions converging in a crossover movie.
That being said, u/breakinger’s infographic is incredibly helpful for Marvel fans who want to dive deeper and understand how everything connects across different franchises and properties. However, it’s purely for fun and by no means necessary for more casual Marvel enthusiasts. Additionally, it would be great if this infographic is updated occasionally because of new movies and multifaceted events MCU And beyond that.
